Lead Times - Inventory changes daily so the best way to check the specific lead-time of an item is to contact us at 1.866.905.8080 or email info@nest-living.com.

Sales Tax - nestliving charges sales tax on all orders shipped to Florida. All other states are not charged sales tax. You are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding online purchases.

Order Status - Items in stock usually ship within 1-3 business days. When we have processed your order, we will send you a confirmation email with delivery information. Lead times for custom ordered furniture can vary from 1-12 weeks. Please note that lead times quoted on each product page are estimates and can vary depending on time purchased. nestliving will not be held liable for delays in which are beyond our control. Cancellations - We accept cancellations on a “per-order basis”. Most furniture and special order items can not be cancelled once they have entered production. Should you wish to cancel and order please contact us. 

Shipping - nestliving offers free shipping on every order over $50.00 within the mainland USA. Orders under $50.00 will be charged a flat rate shipping cost of $8.00. For orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands and Canada: you will be assessed a placeholder shipping fee of $40. We will then forward an email to you with the exact shipping quote for your order and we will contact you to obtain approval prior to shipping. Please be advised that you are responsible for brokerage fees, customs duties and all other charges that may be imposed.

International Orders - nestliving partners with MYUS.com and Bongo.com who allow you to purchase goods from any retailer within the US and have them prepare and ship your items for you. We ship to these companies for you, free or charge. 

Delivery -  We use various shipping methods depending on your purchase. Larger items are usually shipped via freight using a curbside service, meaning the driver will drop off your item but not provide an inside service. For specific delivery questions, please call 1.866.905.8080.

Payment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Amex, Paypal and Google Checkout.

Returns - nestliving wants you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your item, you may send it back to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after the 7 day period. To receive a refund, your item must still be in it’s factory sealed packaging, unopened or tampered with. Out of box or repackaged items may be returned but are subject to a 50% restocking fee. All shipping charges including the original cost of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer should you decide to return or exchange an item. Custom ordered furniture, special order items and lighting are not returnable. Please contact us to determine if your order is considered a special order.

Damages and Claims. Please inspect your items before signing the delivery receipt. If damage has been found, please inform the carrier and remark on the delivery paperwork. nestliving will not warrant any damage claims that have not been noted at the point of delivery. You must contact nestliving at 904.399.1922 within 24 hours to report damage. Damaged items must be repacked in the original packaging they came in. 

Pricing. We reserve the right to adjust the pricing of our items at anytime, without any notice. 7% Sales tax applies to all Florida residents.
