Small is good.
Our small team is passionate about Modern Classics and loves offering them to our customers. We like to keep things clean and simple, we have no operator, our warehouse is attached to our retail store so we can do it all – In real time. Online orders are processed in our retail environment and taken care of by people who own and love Modern Design, just like you.
Things should be simple. Being small makes it easy to keep things simple. Should you have questions about your order, call us. We’ll know who you are and be able to answer any questions right there and then. Oh, and don’t worry if you forget something, call back and the same guy will usually pick right back up – even if he is out to lunch.
We love what we do, so each of us want to do it all. We can because we are small and because we are small it makes it better and simpler for you. We don’t hire shippers or packers or operators for a reason. They don’t love Modern Design like we do (you included) and that’s not cool. What is cool is having peace of mind that your order was processed, packed and shipped by someone who appreciates what you have purchased.
Small is best when something goes wrong! Things happen all the time for all different types of reasons. When there is an issue, being small allows us to take care of you in a way that’s simple and without frustration. Call or email us, we will get on it. Because we are small, we’ll be able to make things happen, which will make things better for you, more quickly.
Buying online can be trouble. It seems that everyone has an online store nowadays. We like to think our retail showroom validates our existence (see some pics here!) and passion for Modern Design. It also proves to you that we are not just another online retailer in space “fishing” for sales, but an actual place of business, with passionate people selling Modern Design.
